We already had better quality at KFC.

Always worth a visit. ??

I had to order directly at the window because the microphone / loudspeaker system was apparently defective. I mentioned that when ordering. The young employee shrugged her shoulders and laughed and said "I have no idea". I then add "There has to be a sign DEFECTIVE ". Then" no idea "again. Your German may not have been sufficient to understand me correctly, I slowly got the impression. Anyway, then we got our food. Both of my twisters were only half wrapped and opened when they were lifted out. The chicken struck my girlfriend as unusually greasy, but unfortunately there was also no sauce. After we drove, we saw a queue at the counter, because everyone after us didn't know that the intercom was not working. We were often at the KFC in Forchheim, Nuremberg and Fürth ... I have never experienced such bad service in a KFC branch.

I live near and I am there more often. Unfortunately, something often didn't go right, which can be clarified with a brief note when you check the bags on site. But today was the big hit! At 6:10 p.m. I was in the drive in, I was told my BBQ burger would take 5 minutes. At 6:56 p.m. I had my meal in my hand, but it wasn't particularly warm. Simply catastrophic, after the 1st bite I was no longer hungry, sorry cold food is not possible! But 46 minutes for 2 menus in a fast food restaurant, no thanks for waiting, no excuse Halllooooooooo ??? ? You can be happy that you have to pay in advance!

Quick & fresh food. Efficient service. Unfortunately couldn't use the restroom because of the pandemic so that was a bummer. Also, shake machine was down. :(

Chicken was too greasy literally had oil in the bottom of my bucket, corn was not fresh. Anno spicy Chicken available. Not the same like couple years ago. Never again.

Unfriendly staff. Chicken burgers almost meatless and cold. Toilets closed in COVID times.

Friendly staff. The first to match exactly what we ordered (was for 7 people). Otherwise half was always missing. Top. That's the way it has to be.

Unfortunately, it was simply too understaffed and the employees didn't hear anything about efficient and consistent work, I had to wait half an hour for my filet bucket, I think that's no longer fast food and for the gigantic price I can also go to mcdonalds.

Unfortunately the fries were missing. It was too far when I realized it. Doesn't work at all.

Incapable staff. You have to wait 20 minutes for the most common things to eat. No German staff therefore strong language differences. Often ordered items are missing on the drive.

What else can you say, great? KFC is just damn delicious and very nutritious too. The only small drawback is that you have to be there early enough if you want to buy larger quantities of wings, as they can be sold out

Kentucky is just good! Currently a very good hygiene concept (Covid) Thumbs up for me!

As usual, the food is good at kfc. The waiting time is just over 25 minutes. (Sunday evenings) hence the star deduction.

We were on our way back to here at 9pm and the line went to the door. The pace of the service was anything but fast and we had to wait 20 minutes for our burger. Other guests who ordered clearly after us and also wanted burgers received this after 5 minutes. All in all, it was neither nice nor highly recommended, but it is not worth leaving the motorway here and taking a break.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't fresh. However, it was done quickly. The paper garbage overflowed in the toilets. The trolleys for the empty tablet were all full so the visitors and I put the tablet on one of the tables. My overall impression was that the staff was overwhelmed.

It was OK. Seems like the menu was very limited.

Employees tried as best they could to serve customers. But either they were understaffed or the concept doesn't fit. One takes the order in the sales room, the other the orders from the car counter. And then something happens that I want to describe as a wild chicken race. Somehow fits. ;-) It is not clear who takes on or should take on which task. The result is what is missing or wrong for every 2nd customer. Eating is as usual, so it seems to be working in the kitchen.

Sooooo many flies. Where are they come from? The food is ok and the staff is very nice, but hygiene cannot be far behind. Eating in peace is not really possible. Something urgently needs to be done ...

Very friendly, nice staff. The dishes are simply fantastic. Only the garlic sauce is missing P.S. salutāri Mediaşului. Take 50 km. To buy to go. 10 points !!!!!

Actually, everything went wrong: the waiting in line was very long, only one counter was open, corn didn''t taste good, burger was too small, coffee was inedible. We went out hungry and angry.

The food was very good, but the cleaning could get better, because our table was dirty.

Very salty classic burgers, no free refills, wrong sauce and a big fat black hair in my burger

Food OK for KFC. Toilets closed, everyone has to use the same one resulting in a long queue. Very slow taking orders. A lot of mistakes making it even worse. Hope they manage to improve because they really need to do better.
